Clermont is perfect for just about everyone. It is a growing community,

Also located in Clermont is the House of Presidents. Here, changing exhibits of memorabilia related to US presidents are featured. Each exhibit usually includes campaign and inaugural artifacts, replicas of china place settings, first ladies' gowns and the White House duplicated in miniature. As mentioned, the Citrus Tower Center is a main attraction. This tower, reached by elevator is 2260 feet tall. It provides a beautiful panorama of the surrounding lake and rolling hills.
As is typical of Lake County, one would be hard-pressed to not notice the fantastic rolling hills and lakes. Clermont has access to all important parts of Florida (being a very short drive to Orlando) and is perfect for those who are looking for leisure, while at the same time, staying connected. All these features combine with the great expandability and potential for growth Clermont has, making it an extremely comfortable city.
